Boots & Beats – Staff Party

The new year didn’t start with resolutions, but with Boots & Beats. More than 1,150 VRT employees came together for a winter celebration that set the tone for the year ahead. From midday until late in the evening, everyone was invited to enjoy a unique start to the new year.

The concept?

At the VRT site, the covered parking garage was transformed into an authentic western town. From the moment they arrived, guests stepped into a different world, complete with a saloon, sheriff’s office, wooden western buildings, hay bales and a range of activities straight out of the Wild West. Those feeling like true cowboys and cowgirls could test their skills on the mechanical rodeo bull, try their hand at horseshoe throwing, take part in shooting games or join a line dancing workshop.

Yeehaw!

A live country band provided the perfect soundtrack throughout the day, while two DJs kept the party going into the evening. Outside, authentic smokers worked overtime to prepare hearty cowboy burgers and BBQ ribs, bringing the western experience all the way to the plate. A memorable and connecting start to the new year, entirely in Boots & Beats style.

For one day, VRT became the Wild West.
