Teambuilding Reims
For Jordens Accountants, we headed to the Champagne region with a group of 25 colleagues for a two-day trip filled with discovery, gastronomy and quality time together. Reims and Épernay provided the perfect backdrop for a programme centred around enjoying, connecting and creating shared memories.
The Champagne region
After a comfortable coach journey from Hasselt, the trip got off to a great start with lunch at an authentic French bistro in Épernay. Next, the group discovered two very different sides of the champagne world. At the family-owned Champagne House Grasset-Stern, participants enjoyed a personal tour and tasting, while a visit to the iconic Champagne Mercier took them through its impressive underground cellars by train, followed by a tasting, of course.

After a relaxing evening at Hotel La Briqueterie, concluded with an elegant four-course dinner, day two focused on culture. Accompanied by a guide, the group explored the impressive Reims Cathedral and discovered the rich history of the city. A leisurely lunch in the heart of Reims provided the perfect ending to a memorable two-day experience before heading back to Hasselt with plenty of great memories.
