Colleagues from all across Europe. Three days in Brussels. A clear shared goal: learn from each other and grow stronger as a team. For Danone, we created a program packed with workshops, training sessions and team activities. Work hard, connect harder.
Behind the scenes
For three days, Brussels became the home base for the IPRO EU team. Thon Hotel offered a comfortable stay and great food, while Danone HQ hosted a series of workshops, meetings and training sessions. There was plenty of time to exchange ideas, compare experiences and get to know the people behind the job titles.
Team spirit
Once the sessions wrapped up, it was time to head outdoors. FarmFun brought out everyone’s competitive side with a mix of team challenges that called for collaboration, encouragement and a lot of of laughs. That’s what team building is all about!
