Moving Forward
At Antwerp Expo, Moving Forward brings together students, graduates and employers for a dynamic career event focused on discovering opportunities, making connections and personal growth. Far from a traditional job fair, the event offers an interactive experience featuring speed networking sessions, workshops, CV checks and inspiring talks.
The goal?
Commissioned by the Association of Universities and Colleges Antwerp (AUHA), Production Office developed the creative concept and campaign. As production partner, Barrík was responsible for the event execution. From floor plans, stand construction and technical production to catering, furniture, decoration, crew planning and event schedules, every detail was carefully coordinated to ensure a seamless experience for both visitors and exhibitors.
The result?
The first edition was an immediate success, attracting more than 250 partners and 4,500 visitors. The second edition in 2026 further confirmed the strength of the concept, welcoming over 6,000 visitors to Antwerp Expo. A successful collaboration where creative vision and event production went hand in hand.
