Teambuilding Sardinië
Bancontact Payconiq Company travelled to the beautiful island of Sardinia, known for its wild pink flamingos, for an unforgettable team event. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters and white sandy beaches, the setting was perfect for strengthening connections, bringing colleagues together and creating shared memories.
The destination?
As a home base, we stayed at a beachfront hotel overlooking the azure-blue sea. The two-day programme also offered plenty of opportunities to discover the island, from authentic villages to historic sites where local culture took centre stage.
The culinary experience was equally memorable, with a visit to one of the island’s oldest agriturismos as a highlight. A hidden gem where authentic Sardinian cuisine took centre stage.
The programme?
The programme was packed with variety and surprises. From beach games with a healthy dose of competition to a digital city game through the streets of Cagliari. Throughout the two-day event, we also organised a subtle game within the game, inspired by the island’s iconic flamingos. Through a series of playful challenges, team dynamics were strengthened in a fun and engaging way.
