Teambuilding Sardinia
Sunshine, crystal-clear water, white sandy beaches and the occasional pink flamingo. Bancontact Company headed to Sardinia for a two-day team getaway that struck the perfect balance between work and downtime. Buongiorno, team spirit!
The setting?
With a beachfront hotel overlooking the Mediterranean, the group had the perfect home base to explore the island. Charming villages, historic landmarks and breathtaking views kept everyone on the move, with plenty of time to catch up along the way.
Sardinia was also the place to be for food lovers: the group visited one of the island’s oldest agriturismos, where authentic local flavors took center stage. Buon appetito!
The agenda?
Beach games, a digital city challenge through the streets of Cagliari and one extra surprise that kept popping up throughout the trip. Inspired by Sardinia’s iconic flamingos, playful challenges appeared at just the right moments, bringing a lot of laughs and a little friendly competition.
Two days, one island and a team that came home even stronger.
